General Information
- Any member may attend the interest groups, but the first must notify the chairman or Hostess of her intention.
- Members may have the privilege of inviting guests to any club meeting. Please invite them to sign our guestbook.
- Members of the club wishing to propose name for membership may contact the Assistant Treasurer.
- Dues are payable at the annual meeting and not later than July 1st. Prompt payment assures a good program and a complete membership list in the yearbook. Dues should be paid to the Assistant Treasurer.
- The Treasurer, Corresponding Secretary, or Assistant Treasurer should be notified of any change of address.
- Please notify the Remembrances Chairman, if there is illness or sorrow in the home of a member.
- The Executive Board will meet on the Thursday preceding the regular club meeting. Suggestions or constructive criticisms are always welcome.
- If schools are cancelled due to weather on a meeting day, the Woman’s Club meeting is also cancelled.
